I worked at EMCOR (Connecticut) full-time for more than a year
Pros – great experience in different positions and the company has many aspects.
Cons – salaries are not fair and there is no real job stability
Advice to Senior Management – need to consider extra training or re introducing the management level employees to the proper procedures and job responsibilities
