I worked at EMSL Analytical

Pros

Paid time off and flexible hours

Cons

Family members run rampant throughout the entire company. You will never get anywhere unless you are family/friends with upper management. Health benefits cost $270/month (and I have the cheapest plan offered). Managers are out of control. Just please trust me and never work at this awful place.

    Pros

Inability to find anything else is the only reason to accept job at EMSL Analytical, Inc. If you are seeking bad emotions you'll get them there.

    Cons

Old equipment, unfriendly atmosphere, total control, bureaucracy, non compete agreement, no recognition for hard work, working process inefficeincy, constant pressure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value people who work for you, implement employee recognition programs, get rid of current check-in and check-out system, it manifests that you don't trust your employee.
