    Perfectly working processes.
    Great minds.
    Great social network, HR and events, wide projects variety, freedom of project choice.
    Good salaries in Belarus.

    Pros

    It is pretty big mature company, got offices in many countries, everything else is pretty much standard. If you like to run your own startup in parallel, this might be your choice

    Cons

    As I said, it all depends on account and project. If you may stuck on a bad project for years
