I have been working at EPBS-Intermedix full-time
Pros – Secure employment. Decent pay. Laid back atmosphere.
Cons – Some in higher management don't get to know their people. HR personnel carry themselves like they are at Goldman Sachs in NYC instead of realizing they are in Okiehoma.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't be afraid to talk to people of a lower pay grade.
