Wrong people in the wrong positions hiring the wrong people to do their job

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust the younger eager members and get rid of all the syndicalists that ruin the employment force.

    Interesting work subject, new technology familiarity, interesting people, ability to work with different parts of the public television industry

    Cons

    Does not use the full abilities of its employees, does not pay well, works mostly with older norms and promotes inside connections...

    Great resources, facilitates access to public sector news sources, relatively non stressful environment, good for networking

    Cons

    Immense, almost uncontrollable size, public sector company, lots of bureaucracy, political censorship, surrounded by low caliber people to a great extend, lack of meritocracy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Select and assign jobs based on the real abilities of people, implement flexible working processes and establish communication channels for the improvement of quality of the end product
