    I worked at ESPN

    Pros

Lots of new broadcast technology. Always on the Bleeding edge, thus fun.

    Cons

The layoff and the unwillingness to rehire those who are laid off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If someone has 7 years experience with ESPN, but was laid off, please look to them to rehire for open positions. They have a lot to offer.
