Former Intern - Intern in San Francisco, CA

I worked at ESPN as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Fantastic perks including game tickets, being flown to the Commecticut HQ and the XGAMES. Fun and laid back job atmosphere. Good people. You are surrounded by sports all day!

Cons

Upon permanent hire, the pay is low. The intern program does not allow you to fully experience the company unless you are willing to help facilitate it.

Advice to Management

Continue to focus on developing younger employees.
