Pros

Nice office, Cool having commercials filmed outside your desk

Cons

Not very collaborative work environment

    - Fun work environment with a fairly young office (at least in the entry level positions)
    - Great networking opportunities
    - Opportunity to gain experience working on cross-functional teams
