I have been working at ETS

    Pros

    Legitimate work at home job
Decent pay compared to other work at home jobs

    Cons

No direct deposit despite many years of services - paychecks frequently get lost in the mail
    No raises
    Pay cuts
    No paid holidays
    No paid time off
    No paid medical insurance
Constantly cancellations and reschedulings make it extremely difficult to plan one's life and time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lower your salaries and raise ours. Stop asking us to work last minute. It is sickening that CEO Kurt Landgraf is now making over a million a year to run an allegedly not for profit organization. It is equally sickening that Landgraf and his upper management staffers feel perfectly comfortable asking workers with advanced qualifications such as teaching degrees to work for a mere $10 - $15 an hour. Make work at homers feel part of the team by offering us benefits and bonuses.
