Positive

Accounting and Finance Area (Former Employee) Santa Clara, CA

ProsThe Seagate Technology parent company and its suppoprt of the folks who work for Evault.

ConsOriginal management was just wrong for the core of the business and the name change to "i365" was a disaster (marketing dept was out of control). Because of the sad state of the job market, "i365" management treated people like dirt.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe name change back to "Evault" was smart, the current management folks are some of the best former Seagate folks. They did great to make the necessary changes. My regret was to move on too soon.

    Grim, Depressing

    I worked at EVault

Pros: Solid product. Good technical support. Financially stable. Good location. Cons: Inexperienced management. Very poor communication between management and staff and between staff members. Sales tools and sales support are sorely lacking. Environment is grim, depressing… Advice to Senior Management: Get some experienced, passionate leadership who know how to build… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
