I have been working at EY

Pros

Challenging work which leads to good learning experiences. Very good collaborative working environment. High profile of clients. Overall high quality people. Promotes development of employees.

Cons

Work sometimes can be very intense considering the group I work with is light in resources. Partnership path sometimes does not depend on the individual only.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overall a good place to work. Needs to somehow better communicate experienced senior managers realistic possibilities to become partners at the "appropriate" time

Work Culture can be improved further. The steps taken to improve work culture are much appreciated but still there are lot of things where we can make life better.
