Current Employee - Senior Associate in Nairobi (Kenya)

    Pros

The experience is emmence as you get to work in a wide variety of organisation all over the region. With recent expansions into other areas in the region like South Sudan and expansion of other regional offices like the Rwanda Office, this is set to get even better. There is so much prospect of a good tomorrow and an even better future.

    Cons

The quality of work is supurb, way better than the competitor's; but so little is done to show this to clients and prospective staff.
Despite reliance on team performance, team building activities are scarse and mostly done on work days.. Really!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The firm needs to up its game on the PR front.
