I have been working at EY full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

I've had a great experience so far at Ernst & Young, the people are excellent and the work is challenging. If you do well you are rewarded. Flexible scheduling allows for a life out side of work.

    Cons

Long Hours can be tough sometimes but this is true of all big four firms. Brand name not as solid as PwC

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up Jim Turley's excellent vision after he leaves the firm next year.

    Pros

    - Good people

    Cons

    - Travel can get hard enough to maintain work life balance
    - Might not get the work one likes to do, instead have to work on what is given. Nature of work can be chosen only at senior levels.
