I have been working at EY full-time (less than an year)

Pros

I've had a great experience so far at Ernst & Young, the people are excellent and the work is challenging. If you do well you are rewarded. Flexible scheduling allows for a life out side of work.

Cons

Long Hours can be tough sometimes but this is true of all big four firms. Brand name not as solid as PwC

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at EY full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The firm has the most talented and driven people of any firm I have every worked with. The firm has the ability to work with the best clients across the globe due to our global perspective.

As an individual you have the ability to stay within your area of focus or explore other parts of the firm to broaden your experience.

    Cons

Typical projects are large and fairly extensive, and include a cross-section of firm personnel.
