Cons

Hours will be long and you are always pushed out of your comfort zone, this can be a positive if you have the right attitude.

    Great name recognition and a great place to prep for your CPA; a designation that will stay with you for life

    Cons

    In your first two years you do a lot of menial work. It is important to stay long hours at the office even though your work load might not reflect it.

    dont call year 1 and 2 employees "staff". It says a lot about your culture
