Current Employee - Tax Intern in Charlotte, NC
Current Employee - Tax Intern in Charlotte, NC

I have been working at EY as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Culture is great and people were very helpful. Learned a lot and really enjoyed all of the outside of work fun the company paid for. Conference in Disney World was the best.

    Cons

No real feedback until the end. A friend was hurt by this as he was let go at the end because he did not fix things that were a problem early on, because nobody told him he was doing it wrong.
Had some dull moments due to lack of work not all bad still paid to sit there and I know it was summer so work load was down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep it up. In addition, try to find more work for interns.
