    I worked at EY

    Pros

Challenging work, the learning involved, regular feedback from the seniors and the opportunity to work on projects from diverse industry domains

    Cons

The Communications industry related Consultancy department is based out of Mumbai and thus there is a lot of travelling involved for teams working on projects from abroad

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Summer Intern Programme needs more Managerial intervention

I have been working at EY full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

EY's culture is amazing--great people, focused on working together for a superior client experience. The culture translates globally as well--anywhere in the world, it "feels" like EY. The opportunities to learn and grow come at every stage in your career. The opportunity to work with the best and brightest professionals serving today's leading companies and tomorrows is exciting. You get to reinvent yourself before you get bored.

    Cons

You have to learn to balance demands to make this work. It is a service business, and you have to define your own balance and success. This is true for any career, but more so in consulting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep amplifying the culture. Turn up the volume on our Brand.
