    Pros

Great name recognition and a great place to prep for your CPA; a designation that will stay with you for life

    Cons

In your first two years you do a lot of menial work. It is important to stay long hours at the office even though your work load might not reflect it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

dont call year 1 and 2 employees "staff". It says a lot about your culture

I have been working at EY full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Collaborative, working with people of diverse backgrounds. A learning culture and very competitive that enriches my career.

    Cons

Putting in a lot of hours without much recognition. A culture that encourages putting in many hours and not recognizing the effort. Silos have been set up and hard to break into other groups,.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees who work hard and contribute, market rate.
