Current Employee - International Tax Manager  in  New York, NY
Current Employee - International Tax Manager in New York, NY

Pros

Great learning opportunities and ways to reinvent yourself. Entrepreneurial culture doesn't stifle its employees.

Cons

Always following PwC's lead in the industry. Laggard in pay. Not a tightly run operation although that has some pluses, too (more entrepreneurial and opportunities to move around the firm).

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More competitive pay. Stop waiting 3 years before you follow PwC's lead and try to come up with some original ideas of your own.

Current Employee - Financial Analyst  in  Salt Lake City, UT
Current Employee - Financial Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT

    Pros

Flexable, you can mostly come as go as you wish. Manage your time and schedule. Good benefits, medical, dental, pension. Invests in technology.

    Cons

Client servers up or out culture, non client servers not much growth potiental. Micro Managed by leadership. Hard to make a difference. Culture doesn't come accross as a trusting company as far as trusting employees to make the right decisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to get back to Trusting your employees. Invest in systems that really work, listen to your employees that actual run the systems. Let Partners run their teams instead of area leadership. Less guidelines so you can focus and accomplish them.
