Pros

Collaborative, working with people of diverse backgrounds. A learning culture and very competitive that enriches my career.

Cons

Putting in a lot of hours without much recognition. A culture that encourages putting in many hours and not recognizing the effort. Silos have been set up and hard to break into other groups,.

Former Intern - Advisory Risk Intern in San Francisco, CA

I worked at EY as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

The people there are great, day to day interactions were helpful and fun. Got to work with some big name clients.

    Cons

I didn't really ever have meaningful work to do. I understand as an intern there is a limit to what you can do, but I felt more like a secretary, not a resource for the team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Choose the projects that you put interns on more carefully.
