Great firm to spend a few years with

Transaction Advisory Services Manager (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsGreat people, fun and interesting work, tremendous opportunities to learn and grow your career as you see fit, chances to work side by side with household name and Fortune 500 clients, solid brand, firm is very accommodating of transfers across geographies and even service lines/practices

ConsConsulting practices are shackled by audit practices, compensation over time is not competitive with firms that EY competes with for engagements, support for educational goals (i.e. firm support for employees to get MBAs) is extremely limited right now

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove compensation model and increase financial support for MBA programs

    A wild ride

International Tax Manager (Current Employee) New York, NY

I have been working at EY full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: Great learning opportunities and ways to reinvent yourself. Entrepreneurial… Cons: Always following PwC's lead in the industry. Laggard in pay. Not a tightly run… Advice to Senior Management: More competitive pay. Stop waiting 3 years before you follow PwC's… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
