I worked at EY full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

There is flexibility in working schedule depending on the managers that you are working for, but also depending on the client and the offices that you work for.

Cons

You tend to be busier with smaller clients which have constraints on budget and time. You don't have a lot of say in the schedule at senior level.

    I have been working at EY full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    1. Great place
    2. Good grooming
    3. Some partners are good and because of the partners, the place become a great place to work in

    Cons

    It depends on the practice. Some partners are horrid
    Some projects are run really bad and nobody knows what is head or tail
    IT advisory is pretty immature

    Need to treat resources as people as they are more than just bodies
