I worked at EY full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

There is flexibility in working schedule depending on the managers that you are working for, but also depending on the client and the offices that you work for.

Cons

You tend to be busier with smaller clients which have constraints on budget and time. You don't have a lot of say in the schedule at senior level.
