Great kick-start to career

IT Audit Senior (Current Employee) Dallas, TX

Pros-get a lot of exposure
-great learning environment
-people are great to work with and supportive
-

Cons- constant turnover can lead to increased workload
- they're not too good about getting rid of people that are hurting the brand name

Advice to Senior Management- over compensate for forecasted for turnover so that current employees do not get burnt out and leave (which causes forecasted turnover to be inaccurate)

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
