    3. Some partners are good and because of the partners, the place become a great place to work in

    Cons

It depends on the practice. Some partners are horrid
Some projects are run really bad and nobody knows what is head or tail
    IT advisory is pretty immature

    Advice to Management

Need to treat resources as people as they are more than just bodies

    Pros

Lots of clients, lots of industries in Chicago, big company, nice co-workers

    Cons

Hours worked depends completely on what client you're randomly assigned. Hard to transfer industry groups. Work is what you'd expect from Public Accounting.
