Pros

The seniors, managers and colleagues are very nice and helpful. I had fun along with tight work schedule. They really don't make any difference between permanent employees and contractees. You can also learn about the work you do.

Cons

They should recruit the contractees as a permanent employees based on the performance at the end of the contract period.
