I have been working at EY full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Lots of training, great people to work with, excellent career prospects

    Cons

Such a big company so hard to make a difference, work/life balance during busy season is non-existent-expect to work extremely long hours including weekends, work load is not at all consistent

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote the people who deserve it, don't forget that employees work to live, not live to work!

I worked at EY as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

They treat you like royalty as an intern! Industry experience varies based on the needs of the office. We had a social event every week that we were paid to attend and have fun at. The IILC in Florida was the best work related experience I ever had.

    Cons

Specialty treatment is mostly for interns, once you work full-time, the spoiling is rare.
