Pros

Allows an inside-look at company financials, to be able to gain great dept of knowledge relating to wide spectrum of industries

Cons

May feel as if your contributions are limited, and it would be hard to see the bigger picture as you would have to put the majority of your effort in one specific part

    Pros

Some great projects and people to work with. The culture is very people friendly and the partners mostly have time to discuss your carrer with you. The standard of people you work with is very high and they are nice people at the same time.

    Cons

Can be very political and has grown quickly leading to the structure being top heavy. It does not pay as well as some of the other Big 4 and the bonus system is not very good or large. It can aslo be very hard for people to get on if they are in a regional location.
