I have been working at EY full-time (less than a year)

Pros

Has individuals who are thoughtful and not shy of sharing their ideas

Cons

Although the lower level employees has an open culture, it gets bureaucratic as it gets higher

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider the welfare of your employees. It looks like we are treated like slaves to earn more money and not given proper welfare in return

    Pros

    Good learning experience, communication & team work skills improved. Not bad pay, pretty nice managers and seniors.

    Cons

    Too much work. Get very very very very very busy in the busy season. Lots of pressure and deadlines.

    Pros

    Summer Interns are treated as Staff I, in terms of work assignments and training provided. The work environment is very inclusive and welcoming.

    Cons

    Expect to work long hours if your team is working long hours.
