I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Diverse and inclusive, Great career opportunities, Fantastic work/life balance, Teaming culture that emphasizes how the job gets done rather than just getting the job done Very sustainability conscious with bike racks in the midtown Manhattan building, emphasis on recycling (minimal use of plastic)

Cons

Physical space is a constraint especially in the New York office

Advice to Management

More diversity, in all respects, may be desirable at the Partnership level

I worked at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Continuous learning and growth opportunities - Get to work with very smart people - Become marketable to the industry jobs as you stay longer at the firm - You don't have the same boss all year around (if you don't like the boss)

    Cons

    - Long hours - No work-life balance - Low salary for the amount of work

  2. Great experience if you want to stay in Accounting forever

I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Exposure to big clients in different industries. Intelligent and outgoing people. Opportunities are there if you speak up.

    Cons

Crazy hours for mediocre pay. The Big4 isn't what it use to be; the weight of the name won't get you very far anymore unless you stay in the Accounting industry. Difficult to transition to finance or other areas.

    Advice to Management

Consider paying your employees more appropriately.
