I worked at EY full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Awesome partners - very friendly and helpful
Great offices, brilliant atmosphere

Cons

Seniors are difficult to work with, there is too much ego and jealousy among them.
You tend to work past hours too often and you are always looked down upon if you leave before 6 in the evening.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be prepared for some long hours and make sure you rest yourself well at the weekends. It really helps during the week!
