Pros

Awesome partners - very friendly and helpful Great offices, brilliant atmosphere

Cons

Seniors are difficult to work with, there is too much ego and jealousy among them. You tend to work past hours too often and you are always looked down upon if you leave before 6 in the evening.

Advice to Management

Be prepared for some long hours and make sure you rest yourself well at the weekends. It really helps during the week!

  1. Interned there this summer, can't tell if people are laid back or over-worked

I worked at EY as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very friendly people overall. It didn't feel like people were just going to step all over you to get what they wanted.

    Cons

I sometimes got the impression that people just weren't sure what they were doing sometimes, though that may have just been me.

    Advice to Management

Work a little harder to make sure everyone is getting the full "EY" experience.

  2. It's all about people is a farce

    Pros

Nice Brand, Great Learning & Training Programmes. young crowd and career opportunities. Company also helps in case you want to study further

    Cons

I am with EY GSS, and the there is a slave mindset and a culture of sycophancy. The top management is not approachable and there is no transparency. Long hours & poor pay has anyway caused the morale to go down

    Advice to Management

Promote people internally instead of hiring so many senior people from outside. Stop showing favoritism to a select few who then run their teams as personal fiefdoms
