Friendly but demanding environment, pleasant colleagues

London, England (UK)

ProsHours are not too bad and they are quite lenient if you want to have a shorter day or want to work from home. Culture is very horizontal, you can chat to partner if you wish to, open plan office means that you might be sitting one day next to very senior people the other day you will be sitting next to interns.

ConsWork is rather monotonic however after first two years you start managing people and this creates a completely different feel. Also working and doing exams at the same time is quite difficult too

Advice to Senior ManagementI felt like I needed more help and care when I just started, some more guidance during first few weeks would be very helpful

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
