Serves the purpose

Audit Executive (Current Employee) London, England (UK)

Pros1. Its a Job.

2. The Brand Name sells

Cons1. Favouritism.
2. Born and Bred culture, hard to get promoted if you qualified externally.
3. Covert racism, now getting more overt.
4. Lowest pay; average bonus £50 - £120 after slogging through the busy season and doing an average of 50hr weeks rest of yr.
5. Not the right people with the right set of skills in decision making positions.
6. Huge fee and margin pressures which on 95% of occasions leads to quality going down the drain.
7. Very top heavy.
8. Huge amount of delegation on a day to day basis.
9. The Managers and Assistant Managers get away with Murder; people not pulling their weight.
10. And, if it weren't for the self funded surveys it really would not be one of the best places to work !

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your staff at the ground level and not on your Deputies, Senior Managers, who have their vested interests at heart. Promote the deserving and start paying better.
