I have been working at EY full-time

Pros

Just made the switch to EY from another Big 4 firm. EY is very much a "people focused" establishment. Impressed with what I've witnessed thus far with respect to how they run the firm, leadership and the collaborative / teaming culture. And they are not afraid to invest in their people (compensation, training).

Cons

Nothing so far...I remain optimistic!

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue with the current agenda and you'll easily beat out the other Big 4 firms in the ongoing "war for talent."

I have been working at EY

    Pros

Very team oriented environment which can help or hurt you depending on your team. My teams have all been great. You are constantly learning new things about the business world which is always nice.

    Cons

Some staff 1 tasks are unbelievably tedious and boring and sometimes you feel like you aren't adding much value. Bad team can be hell on top of the long hours which is why many people quit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Higher pay for all the hours
