I have been working at EY as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Ernst & Young recognises people for their effort and hard work. After working long hours during peak period, employees are able to take block leaves.

    Cons

As with all audit firms, employees work late into the hours to complete audit report, especially during peak periods.
