Former Employee - Advisory Senior Manager in Stockholm, Stockholm (Sweden)

I worked at EY full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

EY has a culture that encourages knowledge sharing, teamwork and maintaining your integrity. The company provided me with numerous opportunities to learn about different industries and consulting tools as well as developing many different skills. Colleagues are great - intelligent, fun and pleasant to spend time with.

    Cons

Most of the time the hours were long and the reward was not always in line with hours spent. The management (Partners) were of very different quality with some individuals not really being the role models epxected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase the interpersonal skills of the partners.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
