    Pros

A good firm to work for and be part of.
    Promotes flexibility among teams

    Cons

Lack of Inclusiveness, especially in smaller offices
Career advancement at times seem to be based on who you are connected with not neccessarily based on your contribution.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Determine how to effectively enforce EY inclusiveness strategy across all levels

Current Employee - Transaction Advisory Services Senior in New York, NY

I have been working at EY full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Strong global brand and network, access to learn from professionals with deep experience

    Cons

Large company were quality varies across groups, and people development is rigid and bureaucratic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't take a one-size-fits-all approach to people development. Aggressive, flexible programs to develop talent in a wide range of areas could be beneficial.
