I worked at EY full-time

Pros

amazing offices, art in the meeting rooms, great locations, some nice people here and there.

Cons

bad behaviour is not tackled hence high turnover in some teams, miserable atmosphere.....we used to nickname the office 'the deathstar' which says it all really....

I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It gives a solid knowledge in the line of business you work in. The market is always in need of professionals working in the big four firms.

    Cons

There are no major downsides. Usually the salaries are lower than the industry, but this is the cost of professional experience.

    Advice to Management

Maybe increasing the salaries scale would decrease the employees turnover.
