    Pros

It's the who can stay the longest can get promoted.
Your work in a broiler for a couple of years and the rest of your work life is a breeze.

    Cons

You wouldn't have a life.. The company is your home. Unless you know how to let go.

    Advice to Management

Working late is not work efficiency: perhaps this applies to all Singapore cultured companies. I don't ask around who needs help because I see these people chit chatting during work hours; if they chose to work this way, why should I bother? I don't get extra salary.
