ConsCut throat culture. It is only about looking after yourself and running over other people to get ahead. Morally unpleasant.

    Pros: You will come across some very nice people, very knowledgable...… Cons: Not a very good place for external hires, not a place for hard working and intelligent people. They are treated as aliens, People… Advice to Senior Management: Dont preach about inclusiveness... promote it in its true sense!
