Competence doesn't matter, what matters is sucking up to superiors & throwing people under the bus when you screw up

Pros

Working at EY looks good on a resume

Cons

Cut throat culture. It is only about looking after yourself and running over other people to get ahead. Morally unpleasant.

    Cons

    -Cliques, Cliques, Cliques!

Groom all your employee's and not just a few like you promised to do.

I have been working at EY full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Excellent benefits and work environment.
Interesting projects and lots of neat technology in the pipeline.
Lots of good people that care about what they do and want everyone to succeed.

    Cons

Too many projects with priorities shifting on an almost daily basis without enough staff.
Management has no idea what is happening on the front lines.
People still looking over their shoulder even several years after the IT Services transition, waiting to get laid off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend some time listening to your employees instead of preaching at them. Follow up and through with the focus groups.
