    Pros

Working at EY is a great place to start your career because of the work experience in many different industries. The culture and people at the firm are what sets EY apart from the other big 4.

    Cons

It's no secret that auditors work long hours, and EY is no different. The business structure can be lengthy as there is a set time frame for promotions.

    Pros

The pay and brand name on your resume.

    Cons

Since EY has expanded their advisory services practice their retention and work satisfaction in that practice has been horrible. People are being over worked under served and under payed. The partners are cleaning up. It has turned into a chop shop for consulting services.

    Advice to Management

Completely rethink your advisory expansion and how it impacts your overall culture and the health and life of your employees.
