Pros

- This job has provided me with a lot of exposure, since it involves working out of the client location
- I've learned how to work in a dynamic environment
- It is true to the firm's values of teaming, integrity and respect

Cons

- This job entails long work hours.
- There is no work life balance because of the long working hours. Personal life takes a hit because of professional life.

    I have been working at EY full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Quick career development, nice people to work with, young colleagues, great opportunities and flexibility (for example, you can move to another country temporarily or permanently or to change service line), deep inside knowledge of different industries

    Cons

    Long hours, a lot of stress at work, permanent feeling of not meeting deadlines, significant dependance of your performance assessment on your superviser, judgment in assessment, often business trips
