    Pros

    People, opportunities, big clients, reasonable pay if you ask for it. Global opportunities. Good name. Good to the community and environment. Extreme learning curve.

    Cons

    Not much. Cheap training facilities. Politics. Expense cut backs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep it real. Be good to the quality people. Don't promote robots, keep the good people persons in high management. Spend more on training.
