    Pros

    - To start the career its really a nice company, since scope for learning is very good & definitely you will learn a lot
    - Great Culture @ work, great professionalism
    - Good Employee friendly policies and GSS heart beats for Employees
    - Really very nice people making that place as "Great Place to Work with"

    Cons

    - Joining as a Fresher you will get lesser monetary benefit when it comes to CTC.
    - Market correction happens to be almost three to four years once
    - Depends on the team you work with there are very nice teams and also very bad teams to work with

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Since i had closely worked with GSS Senior management team people, its having a very good future in those hands. Try to retain Key resources when they want to move out of the Organisation for just few thousands or lakhs of rupees.
