Travels a lot. During weekends, you have some free time to go around.

Cons

Using too much laptop, not good for your eyes.

    I worked at EY as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Best culture out of the Big 4, very humane and tightly knitted - Extremely dedicated and helpful senior management - Heavy investment in their people

    Cons

    - Projects are not as interesting as those you could get in a top-tier consulting firm - The promotion system is very rigid, and feels a little outdated - Salaries are relatively low when compared to other industries such as investment banking or consulting
