I have been working at EY full-time for less than a year

ProsThe people are good and the opportunities will lay themselves out in the long run. You have to power through busy season which sucks but beyond that its not bad.

ConsLong Hours, sometimes incompetent management. You will be worked to death in busy season but beyond that not too bad

Advice to Senior ManagementSpread out hours better

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
