Pyramid Scheme

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsA lot of great benefits and the pay is good. Or at least the pay is good until you realize how many hours you're working. You have great skills transferability. Work here for one year, take advantage of the benefits, and leave.

ConsYou end up working long hours. Especially if you travel, you will only get one day off a week. They tell you that you'll only work Monday through Thursday, but to keep up appearances to the client, you end up staying until at least 5pm on Friday. This place is a pyramid scheme and the partners are out of touch.

Advice to Senior ManagementQuit using smoke and mirrors about how great it is here and actually talk to your staff.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
