    Pros

    - Lots of challenging task
    - Great learning opportunities with lots of trainings
    - Good colleagues in the entry positions

    Cons

    - Low quality of work/live balance
    - Some managers insist from you to work overtime from the office on weekends, even if you have nothing important to do in office and you can do it from home, just because they want to have you in front of their eyes
    - Not many opportunities to grow for mid-level positions and above
