Current Employee - Audit Intern  in  London, England (UK)
Current Employee - Audit Intern in London, England (UK)

Pros

Within the department and year group, there was a lot of trainig and on the job, the coaching was great and so were the teams.
There was a lot of variety doing this job for example, the work locations are always different (which is great if you get bored in the office) and each engagement is different based on the needs of the client.

Cons

busy season is not that much fun - long hours!
There is a lack in effort to differentiate first years with higher potential.

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO
