I have been working at EY full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great place to start your career. Organized training program and onboarding process. The company talks the talk and walks the walk when it comes to people first culture with flexibility and mobility.

Cons

As it is a public accounting firm, non-assurance service lines are still somewhat ran as assurance service line. Technology is a bit behind compared to its competitors.

    Pros

Great clients, great co-workers, flexible environment, diverse experiences to help build a well-rounded skill set across multiple industries/services, great benefits package

    Cons

Base compensation never grows as fast you think it should, hours can be long during busy season with no overtime or bonus, technology is always a generation behind.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Attrition is part of the business model, but you could greatly reduce turnover by paying higher salaries and investing in newer technology.
