Pros

Great place to start your career. Organized training program and onboarding process. The company talks the talk and walks the walk when it comes to people first culture with flexibility and mobility.

Cons

As it is a public accounting firm, non-assurance service lines are still somewhat ran as assurance service line. Technology is a bit behind compared to its competitors.

    Pros

Good culture. Large growth in the advisory space.

    Cons

Most of the projects that EY do have a large IT component. Don't get me wrong, IT is important. I, myself know a number of programming languages, databases and ERP systems, but EY focuses way too much on ERP implementation work. It does everything from PMO to writing tech specs in all the advisory branches (finance, supply chain, customer and of course EI). I don't think EY is a company for MBAs.

    Advice to Management

Please focus on core management consulting rather than IT consulting alone else outsource providers will eat your lunch.
