Pros

Firm culture, excellent opportunities to connect with senior management even as an intern. They really try to bond you with other coworkers and make you feel like part of a big family.

Cons

Although there is a lot of interaction among colleagues in the same team, there is not enough connection among different departments due to the size of the firm.

    Pros

Great people to work with and benefits

    Cons

With the matrix management scheme, it's often hard to determine who is actually responsible for something.

    Pros

There is a supportive culture, and the pay is good. The clients are also very high profile, which is good if you are trying to leave after a few years, which most people are.

    Cons

The work is boring and repetitive. They also tend to claim their advisory work is more analytical than it actually is in practice. This was a major turnoff.
