I have been working at EY full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Working with various people on various teams means that you aren't stuck with one manager or team that you just don't get along with. EY provides some flexibility depending on the team you work with and deadlines. EY is very family friendly and willing to work with you if you need some extra considerations for your family. There are a lot of different opportunities if you want to pursue them within the company; and it provides great opportunities if you decide to leave.

    Cons

Sometimes you do have to work some pretty long hours. Generally, it averages out over the year though. There is a little lack of transparency when it comes to upper level decisions. There seems to be no logic beyond pay raises and bonuses and they often appear to be random. Pay is not great compared to industry, but you don't come here for the pay :)

I have been working at EY full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Collabrative culture and the company cares about you and your career.

    Cons

It's such a giant company that some times it is hard to see the big picture. Exposure to high level stuff is kind of limited. That happens in evey big company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Resource management should be improved for the entry level, it is a good idea to let people do freestyle for the first years but some kind of direction is needed. Right people should be on the right projects.
