Former Employee - Summer Assurance Intern in McLean, VA
Former Employee - Summer Assurance Intern in McLean, VA

I worked at EY as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Make you feel very wanted; Lots of opportunities to move vertically/horizontally within the firm; Laid back environment, but also hard working

    Cons

Want you to "drink the koolaid"; Don't always practice what they preach; Like all accounting firms, hours worked are not adequately compensated (i.e., no overtime during busy season)
